Quarter Beast — Deposit (balance charged on final dressed weight)

A full quarter of a single Eversleigh Japanese Wagyu animal — a considered cross-section of the whole carcass, from premium steaks like striploin, rump and cube roll to whole-muscle roasts and slow-cooking cuts such as chuck, brisket and shin, plus Wagyu mince and sausages. The break-up is chosen by our butcher for an even spread across the carcass; approximately 55–65kg packed, expertly butchered and packed fresh.

Every animal is different, so the final weight varies. This listing is a $500 deposit to reserve your quarter; the balance is charged at $25/kg on the final dressed weight and invoiced by email before pickup. Held for collection from our partner butcher in Brendale, Queensland — we don't deliver.
